This is a perfect book for this time of year, while we are still suffering with the cold, Grillhouse delivers warm comforting meals, Rack of Lamb with Herb Crust, Chicken & Mushroom Pot Pie, Slow Cooked Beef Ribs with Real Barbeque Sauce, Beef Burgundy; but as well as the collection of main courses, Ross Dobson also adds in a collection of absolutely mouth-watering side orders, delicious as an accompaniment, but often filling enough to eat on their own, perfect to take you from winter into spring and summer.
