Cake Recipes, Icing Recipes, Equipment, Glossary of Terms, Not just basic techniques, but trouble shooting, pages and pages with coloured photographs showing how to create the perfect cake. If you are looking for ideas for children’s cakes, it has some really fun designs including a sculpted Aeroplane Cake, a stunning but simple Lollipop Cake, and a delightful Racing Car Cake.
