If you haven’t yet discovered Zumba one of the most enjoyable features of any of the Zumba® Fitness products, or workouts is the music, which is infectious, coupled with really easy to follow dance moves. Here at Hot Brands Cool Places we really enjoyed this latest DVD collection because it builds on the moves and music that we know and love, but also provides three dedicated zones where you can target your activity.

The workouts are clearly explained and demonstrated, with fabulous feel-good music. We would always advise consulting your doctor before beginning any exercise programme, but this is another really enjoyable DVD collection from Zumba® Fitness. Highly Recommended!
