We loved this book, it is superbly well written, the lead characters have depth and the sensitive handling of the mother’s illness, shows a real understanding of human relationships. But more than that it is a great story, full of emotion, poignancy and pace. We found it impossible to put down, totally absorbing, it could be one of the runaway paperback successes of the summer! Highly Recommended!
