The salon is the brainchild of salon professionals Shai Greenberg and Fred Gielly, along with beauty expert Amanda Birch. They are unrepentant in their quest to create a salon which is in line with their own ‘back to basics’ vision of a high end personalised salon service and experienced staff, within a welcoming environment. Unhappy with the insincerity and lack of professionalism often found within the hair and beauty industry, they set about changing things as they embarked on their own vision: Gielly Green.

Gielly Green is situated in the busy shopping neighbourhood of Marylebone, just west of Manchester Square. From the moment you walk through the door at Gielly Green you will realise its uniqueness; the boutique hotel inspired interior and chocolaty, cream tones at once make you feel warm and relaxed. There is an informal, comfortable atmosphere in the salon – like you would find in a top Soho members club. Customers feel as though this is their personal retreat, a piece of tranquillity, right in the heart of London.

At the foundation of Gielly Green is an army of experienced, professional staff. Handpicked from all over London, and the globe, they are each highly individual and well trained with years of salon experience within their areas of expertise. Together the team offer a wide variation of unique hair and beauty treatments; from the Brazilian straightening treatment by Gille Gonsalvez, to Balayage highlighting from Laurent Derame, or full make-over from Andre Suard and bespoke body and facial treatments from Beauty by Amanda Birch; they are leaders in their field.

Gielly Green has an unwavering dedication to service, and believes that your salon experience should be a comfortable one, nothing is too much trouble. From fully reclining backwash chairs, imported from Japan, to an Indian head massage as you have your hair washed; the team will cater to your every desire.
