Leading the way and home to a new form of Pilates, TenPilates offers a highly effective full body workout designed to give you a slimmer figure and lean, toned muscles. Fast.

Like traditional Pilates, it strengthens and engages your core waist and lower back muscles, improving flexibility and posture and helping prevent or reduce injury. Unlike traditional Pilates, it also offers an intense, innovative and dynamic workout that is challenging, fun and motivating.

Dynamic Pilates is designed to readdress the body’s natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements. These are linked in a smooth, continuous flow that builds in more ‘functional’ exercises (working the core muscles in combination with additional muscle groups), increasing the intensity of the overall movement, and providing a total-body workout with cardiovascular conditioning benefits and surprisingly fast results.

With literally hundreds of exercises for the Trainer to choose from, no two classes are ever the same.

Whatever your level, we tailor your workout precisely to suit your ability and needs. We monitor your progress constantly, adapting the programme so it remains consistently involving and challenging as you improve. We offer classes to suit all levels and preferences including Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced and Men Only classes. We also offer a range of Cardio classes from Reformer Cardio, Cardiolates to the ultimate TenSpin.
