The Main Stage
What’s more, there will be a main stage with a back-to back schedule of live events, performances and guest speakers throughout the 3 days designed to inspire, entertain and educate. Gymbox Live
The no-holds-barred, anything goes, diva dancing, combat training melting pot of fitness insanity comes to the live stage. Gymbox trainers will be inviting you to join them in The Atrium for some mind blowing, heart pumping classes - from dance like a diva to combat training - anything goes!

The Second Half of Your Life by Jill Shaw Ruddock: Main Stage

On Saturday 29th January, from 4-5pm, Jill Shaw Ruddock, author of The Second Half of Your Life*, alongside her celebrity friends including Ruby Wax and Beth Nielson Chapman will host a book launch like no other. The Second Half of Your Life is a groundbreaking and important new book focusing on the key life issues that women face after menopause. Optimistic, engaging, informative and empowering, it focuses on what women need to make the second half of life the best half.

Exclusive Preview Performances from Sadler’s Wells Shoes

With a British national pastime of shoe-shopping it only seemed a matter of time before a show about this women’s obsession popped up! Shoes, written by Richard Thomas, best known for the legendary West End hit, Jerry Springer - the Opera, features 32 footwear-inspired, witty musical numbers, 12 of the West End’s best dancers, four incredible singers and over 250 pairs of shoes and will be coming to the stage in The Atrium, Westfield London for exclusive preview performances at My2011.

As well as mini performances you will have the chance to see some of the amazing shoes on display, from Manolo Blahnik to LK Bennett, Nike to Salvatore Ferragamo and Christian Louboutin to Alexander McQueen. BBC MAGAZINES LAUNCHES GOOD FOOD MAGAZINE IPAD VERSION

Market-leading Good Food magazine has launched as a fully digital iPad app. The February issue is now available to download from the Apple store priced at £1.79 as a special introductory offer, rising to £2.99 after an initial trial period. This is the second BBC title to move into the iPad format following the launch of Focus magazine’s app in November.

Good Food magazine’s new app includes a range of interactive and social elements:

· Recipes presented as easy-to-view digital cook cards, with a large type ‘cook’ mode to make them simple to follow and a ‘flip’ function, enabling simple navigation between images and recipes;

· Exclusive videos cooking techniques, demonstrated by the Good Food Team with advice, ideas and tips;

· Personalised shopping list to help you plan your meals throughout the month;

· Helpful glossary of ingredients and techniques

· Easy-to-use search facility to find all your favourite dishes.

Good Food’s editorial director Gillian Carter, creative director Elizabeth Galbraith and the magazine’s design team worked with agency Mobile IQ on the new version. Plans are in place for each future print issue of the food title to be available as a fully digitised version.

According to publishing director Alfie Lewis: “We think the iPad has great growth potential and we are delighted to launch this product at this early stage in the new technology’s development. This app has functionality at its heart, with the opportunity to create a truly immersive experience for the reader and revolutionise the cooking process. It offers incredible value for money and should be the first app iPad owning cooking fans download.”

Good Food has launched a series of other highly rated themed apps for the i-phone, including healthy recipes, seasonal recipes and quick recipes, with the number of downloads reaching six figures. BBC Good Food Healthy Recipes and BBC Good Food Quick Recipes apps were both included in Apple’s iTunes Rewind 2010 selection of the best apps.

LEARN THE SECRETS OF FUSION COOKING

The Modern Pantry, Anna Hansen’s acclaimed Clerkenwell restaurant, is offering diners the chance to learn the secrets behind its signature fusion style. Guests will be treated to canapés and bubbly on arrival, followed by 1.5 hour cooking demonstration and four course dinner with Anna herself.

On the menu are:
· Morcilla scotched quail eggs with tomato relish ( Sauvignon Semillon, Arlewood, Margaret River, Australia 2007)

SEARCYS PADDINGTON CHAMPAGNE BAR CELEBRATES NATIONAL MARMALADE DAY!
A previously forgotten favourite, marmalade, is returning back into the hearts of the nation and Searcys is celebrating the resurgence of this British classic on Sunday 13th February.
Throughout National Marmalade Day, Searcys Paddington Champagne Bar will be treating guests to fabulous offers to tantalise marmalade lovers.
The Paddington Bear Cocktail (Grand Marnier, bitters, champagne with candied orange marmalade) will be served for only £5 instead of the normal £11.

BRASSERIE JOEL LAUNCHES SUNDAY ROAST LUNCHES
The team at Brasserie Joël is delighted to announce that they are now offering Sunday roast lunches, the perfect way for families and friends to spend quality time together after a busy week at work. Located on the first floor of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London at the foot of Westminster Bridge, Brasserie Joël offers a delicious range of Sunday lunch dishes created by acclaimed chef Joël Antunes.

Starters on the menu range from home made gravlax with cucumber horseradish sauce, chicken liver parfait with country bread and beetroot salad with curd cheese, whilst the best way to enjoy the main course is to order a large dish for the whole family to share, such as the roast suckling pork shoulder with grilled apple and Swiss chard, or a whole roast chicken with lemon, rosemary, roast baby potatoes and garlic confit. Also available is the roast Scottish beef with all the trimmings, traditional fish pie with smoked haddock and prawns, and roast salmon fillet with roast shallots and tomato confit. Delicious desserts include French toast with quince and vanilla ice cream and homemade pop corn with custard and caramel ice cream.

Chef Joël Antunes says of the launch, “I am happy to introduce the tradition of the Sunday Roast to Brasserie Joël. Life is so hectic that we are spending less time eating together with our family and friends, which is very sad. Here you can have a nice Sunday lunch with your family or your friends. In a career spanning more than 30 years, chef Antunes has worked in some of the world’s leading kitchens including Paul Bocuse and Troisgros, Meneau and Maximin in his native France; The Connaught and Le Manoir aux Quat’Saison in the UK; as well as spending time in Asia’s best restaurants including Kiyomi Mikuni Restaurant, Tokyo, and restaurant Normandie at the Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok. By the early 1990’s, Antunes’ reputation for excellence was well established and he burst onto London’s rapidly growing dining scene as Chef and Partner of Les Saveurs, earning the restaurant a host of awards, including a Michelin star.
