A Nordic Mother’s Day Comes to Aster, Victoria
Those wishing to treat their mum this Mother’s Day should do so in true Nordic style at Aster. The Nordic-French inspired restaurant in Victoria’s foodie hub, Nova Victoria, will be inviting guests to treat their Mother’s to a well-deserved three-course meal from a special Mother’s Day menu. Next up, a ballotine of chicken with golden beets, spelt and tarragon or salmon confit with watercress, baby potatoes and grain mustard sauce. Finish off the affair with a delectable bitter chocolate tart and vanilla cream or satisfy your sweet tooth with a lingonberry meringue, kefir mousse and quinoa crisp. Aster also offers delectable vegetarian dishes for all three courses.
